The Yeastar TA2400 is a TA Series FXS VoIP gateway with 24 FXS ports. It connects analogue telephones and fax machines to an IP-based phone system or SIP trunk, so existing analogue devices can work as extensions on a VoIP system. It supports SIP and IAX2, T.38 fax and is configured through a web interface.

What the TA2400 is for

Use it to bring 24 analogue phones, fax machines or legacy PBX lines onto an IP PBX such as a Yeastar P-Series, or onto SIP trunks. Yeastar also lists it for hotels that want to keep existing analogue guest phones. See our VoIP phones.

What you will need

An IP PBX or SIP service to register the ports to, a network connection, and the analogue phones or fax machines to connect (via RJ11 or an RJ21 50-pin telco cable).

Does it work with fax machines?

Yes. Yeastar lists T.38 fax and pass-through T.30.

Will it work with a non-Yeastar phone system?

Yeastar states the TA Series is interoperable with a wide range of IP PBXs and softswitches using SIP. Call us to check yours.
