Hikvision DS-K5033MW — 10.1" Android visitor management terminal

The DS-K5033MW replaces the paper visitor book. A visitor arriving at reception checks in on the 10.1" Android screen; the two 2 MP cameras take a face picture, host and purpose are recorded, and a Mifare visitor card can be read and assigned for the access-controlled doors. Up to 300,000 visitor records stay on the terminal, and three USB ports connect USB peripherals such as an ID scanner or badge printer. It joins the network by Wi-Fi or Ethernet and works alongside the DS-KM9503 intercom console and Hikvision's face terminals such as the DS-K1T680D-E1; staff enrolment is handled by the DS-K1F600U-D6E-F enrolment station.

Hikvision access-control terminals work standalone (users, cards and faces enrolled on the device, door relay on board) or as part of a system managed by iVMS-4200, HikCentral or Hik-Connect / Hik-ProConnect. Readers and controllers connect over RS-485 or Wiegand as each datasheet lists. Check-in hardware

A 10.1" 1280 × 800 LCD touch screen on Android 11, two 2 MP cameras with WDR for a usable photo against a bright lobby window, a built-in loudspeaker for prompts and a red/green indicator. The M1 card reader (13.56 MHz, 0–4 cm, under 1 s) reads visitor credentials.

Records and connectivity

300,000 visitor records are stored locally. Network by RJ45 or Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz; three USB ports for peripherals. Power is 12 VDC 5 A through a round connector.
