TP-Link Omada Fusion Gateway

TP-Link Omada Fusion: the router and the Omada controller in one box.

Omada Fusion gateways combine an Omada router and an Omada controller in a single device. Plug one in and you can manage your switches, access points and the gateway itself from the Omada app or the Omada Cloud portal, with no separate OC200 or software controller and no cloud licence to buy. Zenith Security Co is an official TP-Link VAR Partner.

Fusion 2.5G at a glance

  • Licence-free cloud management: the built-in controller unlocks every feature from day one. Manage several sites remotely through the Omada Cloud portal or app.
  • Bluetooth setup: the Omada app finds the gateway over Bluetooth, then lets you adopt other Omada devices in bulk with one tap.
  • 2.51-inch touchscreen: shows health score, speed tests, alerts and live traffic on the device itself, so basic troubleshooting needs no laptop.
  • Performance: quad-core 2.0 GHz CPU, five 2.5G ports, up to 4 WANs with load balancing and failover, and around 2.1 Gbps throughput with IPS/IDS enabled (TP-Link rated figure).
  • VPN: Omada LightLink VPN for one-click remote access, plus IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, L2TP and PPTP.
  • Security and control: app-based access control, one-click auto QoS, content filtering, and full-mesh SD-WAN across up to 20 sites, even without a public IP at each site.
  • Capacity: recommended for up to 30 managed Omada devices and 300 clients.
  • Installation: fanless and silent. Sits on a desk, or mounts on a wall or under a desk with the magnetic-mount plate (sold separately). A rack-mount kit is also available.

Why installers choose Fusion

Normally an Omada site needs a router and a controller. Fusion makes that one device, which means one less box to fit and power, and one less thing to fail. The touchscreen and remote cloud access reduce repeat visits, and the Bluetooth setup cuts deployment time on each job. Comparing platforms? See Omada vs UniFi.
