What you will need

A SIP-based IP PBX or hosted VoIP service that supports Poly Edge phones, and either an IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector, or the optional Poly 5 V 3 A power supply (not in the box). HP notes a power supply is needed if the phone uses Wi-Fi without PoE. Headsets and the wall mount kit are sold separately. Check feature support with your phone system provider.

No. HP lists the box contents as console, handset, handset cord, desk stand, network cable and setup sheet. Power comes from PoE (802.3af) or an optional 5 VDC 3 A adapter, sold separately.
