What the RG-EG305GH-P-E is for

Ruijie position the RG-EG305GH-P-E as a VPN router for office networks. Throughput is 1500 Mbps, and 350 concurrent clients are recommended. It supports load balancing across up to 4 WAN ports, with source-IP routing so services such as e-banking do not fail after an address change.

For remote working it supports OpenVPN, IPSec, L2TP and PPTP, with 64 VPN tunnels and up to 300 VPN users. Traffic monitoring ranks usage by user or application in the management interface, and bandwidth can be managed by application or user group. The 60 W PoE budget lets it power PoE devices directly.

What you will need

An internet line for the WAN port. Add up the draw of every PoE device you plan to connect and keep it under the 60 W budget. Ruijie's page does not state the PoE standard or the number of PoE ports, so tell us your devices and we will check. If your devices draw more than 60 W in total, use a PoE switch as well.
