What you will need

A UK 13 A wall socket, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and the free Tapo app on Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 or later. It is for indoor use.

Yes. It measures the power used by the connected appliance and shows it in the Tapo app.

What load can it take?

What happens if the internet goes down?

TP-Link say schedules continue with no internet connection, and power-off memory restores routines after a power cut.

Does it need a hub?

No, it connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi directly.

The P110M adds Matter certification, so it can be used on Apple Home, SmartThings and other Matter platforms.
