The TP-Link TL-WPA8631P KIT is an AV1300 gigabit passthrough powerline Wi-Fi kit. It contains a TL-PA8010P powerline adapter for the router and a TL-WPA8631P extender with AC1200 dual-band Wi-Fi (867 Mbps on 5 GHz, 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz) and three gigabit Ethernet ports. Both units have UK passthrough sockets.
What the TL-WPA8631P KIT is for
It is a complete starter kit for getting fast Wi-Fi and wired ports into a room the router cannot reach, sending data through the mains wiring up to 300 m. What you will need
A router with a spare LAN port and two wall sockets on the same electrical installation (avoid extension leads). Two Ethernet cables are in the box.
