What you will need
A Microsoft Teams account to sign in with, a wired network connection and power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) from a switch or injector, or the 12V external power supply that AudioCodes lists as optional. If you need Wi-Fi or a Bluetooth headset, choose the DBW part number instead. Call us if you are unsure how the phone fits your Teams set-up.

What is the difference between TEAMS-C470HD and TEAMS-C470HD-DBW?
Both are the Microsoft Teams C470HD. AudioCodes offers integrated dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth only on part numbers with the DBW suffix, so TEAMS-C470HD is the wired version without them.
How is the phone powered?
By PoE, class 3 (IEEE 802.3af), or a 12V external power supply (2A/12V, 100-240V), which AudioCodes lists as optional.
Does it have a physical keypad?
No. The keypad on the C470HD is virtual and opens from the speaker or headset touch key.
Can I use a headset?
Yes, AudioCodes lists USB headset support. Bluetooth headsets need the DBW part number.
How quickly can I get it?
Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland. You can also collect from our Wolverhampton trade counter; call 01902 902251 first so we can confirm your order is ready.
