No. Bluetooth (version 5.2) is on the P810B IP PRO, a separate model. This listing is the P810 IP PRO without Bluetooth.

Can I add a key expansion module?

Yes. The Gigaset P800 KEY PRO connects by USB and adds 20 physical keys with up to 60 functions.
