What you will need

A Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) and a SIP account from your IP PBX or VoIP provider. Grandstream lists a universal power adapter, charger cradle and battery in the box.

Grandstream lists an IP67 rating: waterproof and dustproof, cleaning-chemical resistant, with an antimicrobial casing and drop-safe from 2.5 m.

How long does the battery last?

Grandstream lists 8 hours talk time and 200 hours standby from the 2000 mAh battery.

Is it a DECT phone?

No. The WP825 connects over Wi-Fi to your wireless network and registers to a SIP server; it does not need a DECT base station.

Will it work with my phone system?

It is a standard SIP device, so it works with SIP-based IP PBXs and VoIP services. Grandstream lists zero-configuration provisioning with its UCM series IP PBXs. Call us if you want us to check a particular system.

How quickly can I get it?

Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales; we do not ship to Northern Ireland. You can also collect from our trade counter - please call first so we can confirm your order is ready.
