7-inch touch-screen indoor station for Hikvision's second-generation (Y-series) 2-wire IP video intercom. Runs over a single non-polarised two-core cable from the distributor — power and signal together — so it suits retrofits where the old intercom wiring is already in the wall. Adds Wi-Fi for app forwarding and local network access.
The DS-KH6320Y-WTE2 is the indoor monitor for Hikvision's Y-series 2-wire IP video intercom. Same 7-inch capacitive touch screen and two-way audio as the network-cabled KH6320 stations, but instead of an Ethernet run to each flat it connects to the system over a single two-core cable from a DS-KAD704Y or DS-KAD706Y distributor, which also supplies its power. A built-in Wi-Fi radio gives it a route onto the local network for Hik-Connect app forwarding.
Most older blocks and houses already have a two-core intercom cable in the wall. A 2-wire system reuses it. The door station and each indoor station connect to the distributor over that existing pair — no polarity to worry about, no Cat5 to pull, no PoE switch on the landing. For a refurbishment or a straight swap from an ageing analogue intercom, that is the difference between a half-day job and a rewire.
If the building does have structured network cabling, the standard IP stations are the simpler choice: see the wired DS-KH6320-TE1 or the Wi-Fi DS-KH6320-WTE1.
When the door station is pressed the screen wakes with live video and the call rings through the built-in speaker. The resident talks to the visitor, sees them on the 7-inch panel and releases the door with one press on screen. Missed calls leave a snapshot. Between calls the same screen can show up to 16 network cameras — a communal entrance or car-park camera, for instance — without a separate monitor.
Unlike the Ethernet KH6320 models, this unit carries its own relays: two lock relays (30 VDC, 0.3 A) and two alarm relay outputs, alongside eight alarm inputs and an RS-485 port. That lets the indoor station itself drive a local door strike or trigger a sounder, and take door contacts, PIRs or a panic button as inputs — useful where a flat door or internal door needs control from the handset rather than from the entrance panel.

The Y-series is Hikvision's current 2-wire generation and its stations, door panels and distributors are designed to be used together. We also stock the earlier 2-wire range — the DS-KD8003-IME2 door station and DS-KAD706 distributor — so if you are extending an existing 2-wire system, tell us which generation is installed and we will confirm what fits.
No. It connects and is powered over a single two-core cable from the distributor. The Wi-Fi is an extra for app forwarding and network access, not the main link.
The WTE1 is the standard IP version: Ethernet or Wi-Fi to the network, powered by PoE or 12 V. This Y-WTE2 is the 2-wire version, powered from the distributor, and adds two lock relays, two alarm outputs and an RS-485 port that the WTE1 does not have.
Yes — from the screen during a call via the door station, and it also has two lock relays of its own for a local door.
Yes. With the Wi-Fi connected to the site router, calls can be forwarded to the Hik-Connect app so a resident can answer from a phone.
Up to 17 door stations and 16 network cameras, with 16 indoor extensions ringing together.
