Hikvision DS-KV6113-PE1 — one-button IP video intercom villa door station

The DS-KV6113-PE1 is the wired, no-frills member of Hikvision's KV6113 villa door station family. It is the right choice when the door position has a network drop: it takes power over PoE, streams 1080p video to the indoor station and the Hik-Connect app, releases the lock from its relay and reports door state through its contact input. If you need Wi-Fi at the door as well, the DS-KV6113-WPE1 is the same unit with a wireless radio.

This is part of Hikvision's IP video intercom range: door stations, indoor stations and accessories that connect over a standard network (PoE or 12 VDC) and are configured with the iVMS-4200 client or the Hik-Connect app. IP-series products are designed to be used together within that range. Camera and night performance

The camera gives a 1920 × 1080 main stream with a 704 × 576 sub stream for mobile viewing, across a 129° horizontal and 75° vertical field of view — wide enough to see a visitor and a parcel on the step from a standard door-frame height. True WDR balances a bright street behind a visitor in shade, and the IR supplement lights the face at night without a porch light.

Door control in the station

One relay drives the lock, an exit-button input lets occupants release the door from inside without touching the intercom, and a door-contact input reports whether the door was left open. Four alarm inputs and a tamper switch round it off. Everything is configured from iVMS-4200 or the Hik-Connect app; the station stores up to 2000 users for multi-factor authentication.

Built for outside

IP65 sealing and a -40 °C to +55 °C operating range mean it can be surface-mounted on an exposed wall. At 138 × 65 × 27 mm it sits neatly beside a door frame, with two indicators to confirm calling and door release. Power consumption is under 10 W.

Frequently asked questions

Does the DS-KV6113-PE1 have Wi-Fi?

No — this is the wired PoE model. The DS-KV6113-WPE1 adds Wi-Fi with the same camera, button and housing.

Can it be used without an indoor station?

It can call the Hik-Connect app on a phone, and door release is available from the app. Most installations pair it with an indoor station so the door can be answered without a phone.

How is it powered?

Over PoE from a switch or injector, or from a 12 VDC supply into its power interface. Consumption is under 10 W.

Will it drive my existing lock?

It has one lock relay plus an exit-button input and a door-contact input. Tell us the lock type (fail-safe maglock or fail-secure strike) and we will confirm the wiring and any power supply needed.

What resolution is the video?

1920 × 1080 on the main stream, with a 704 × 576 sub stream for mobile viewing.
