Hikvision DS-KV8113-WME1/Flush — metal Wi-Fi villa door station, flush-mount version

The DS-KV8113-WME1/Flush is the recessed-mounting variant of the DS-KV8113-WME1. Hikvision publishes one datasheet for both, so every figure below — camera, radios, relays, capacities, ratings — is the shared specification; what changes is that this version is supplied for flush installation into the wall rather than surface-mounted on it, giving a nearly flat finish at the entrance.

This is part of Hikvision's IP video intercom range: door stations, indoor stations and accessories that connect over a standard network (PoE or 12 VDC) and are configured with the iVMS-4200 client or the Hik-Connect app. IP-series products are designed to be used together within that range. Camera

The 1080p main stream (with 720p and a 640 × 480 sub stream) covers a 124° horizontal by 75° vertical field of view. Digital WDR is rated at 76.9 dB and the IR supplement reaches about 3 m. H.265 is available for recording economy alongside H.264 and MJPEG, and the station speaks TCP/IP, RTSP, IPv6 and ONVIF.

Two doors from one station

The KV8 board carries two lock relays (30 VDC 2 A each), two exit-button inputs and two door-contact inputs, so a porch door and an inner door, or a pedestrian gate and a front door, can both be controlled and monitored from the one unit. Four alarm inputs, an RS-485 port and a tamper switch complete the I/O. Local memory holds 2000 users and 10,000 cards read at 13.56 MHz.

System capacity and networking

The datasheet allows one main indoor station and up to 16 sub door stations, so it suits a house with a second entrance as well as a single door. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n on 2.4 GHz (20/40 MHz channels) or 10/100 Mbps RJ45; power over standard PoE or 12 VDC, under 10 W. IP65 and IK08 with a -40 °C to 53 °C operating range.
