The RG-EG105G V2 is a Reyee cloud managed router for small-sized networks. It has five 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 600 Mbps throughput and dual-WAN load balancing with failover.

What the RG-EG105G V2 is for

Ruijie position this router for small-sized networks that want simplified configuration. Advanced functions can be configured through the Ruijie Reyee app, and Ruijie list centralised network management and remote monitoring.

With two WAN links the router can share traffic between them by link weight and fail over if one drops. It supports IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP and L2TP VPNs and can block unwanted applications using an automatically updating app library. Throughput is 600 Mbps, so it is aimed at around 100 concurrent clients. Ruijie do not list PoE for this model.
