The TP-Link Omada EAP775-Wall is a BE11000 Wi-Fi 7 tri-band wall-plate access point for business Wi-Fi. It delivers 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 5765 Mbps on 6 GHz, has a 2.5G uplink plus one 2.5G and three gigabit downlink ports, and is powered by 802.3at/bt PoE. TP-Link rate it for wall mounting, covering up to 100 m² (1050 ft²) and 380+ concurrent clients.
What the EAP775-Wall is for
The EAP775-Wall is the premium Omada wall-plate tp link access point for hotels, serviced apartments and offices where each room needs Wi-Fi 7 and wired ports for a TV, phone or IP device.
Wall-plate APs mount over a standard wall box, so each hotel room, dorm, flat or office gets its own access point and wired ports from the existing cable.

What you will need
A PoE source (802.3bt if you want PoE out) and a network cable to the wall box. No DC input is listed; it is PoE powered. For central management, add an Omada controller (hardware, software or Omada Central cloud).

Does the EAP775-Wall support PoE, and which TP-Link PoE switch powers it?
It is PoE powered (802.3at/bt). Two gigabit downlink ports give PoE out (dual PoE or single PoE+), and TP-Link state that PoE out requires an 802.3bt input; maximum consumption is 43.35 W with 25 W PoE out. Without PoE out, an 802.3at PoE+ switch such as the Omada SG2210MP (8 PoE+ ports) or SG2428P (24 PoE+ ports) powers the AP.
Does the EAP775-Wall need an Omada controller?
It can be set up on its own through its web interface or the Omada app, and it is managed centrally by any Omada controller: TP-Link list Omada Central (cloud-based), the Omada hardware controllers such as the OC200 and OC300, and the free Omada Software Controller. TP-Link note that cloud access requires an Omada controller.
What Wi-Fi standard is the EAP775-Wall?
It is Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), BE11000 class, with TP-Link quoting 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 5765 Mbps on 6 GHz.
How many devices and how much area does the EAP775-Wall cover?
TP-Link quote 380+ concurrent clients and coverage of up to 100 m² (1050 ft²). These are TP-Link test figures; walls and interference reduce real coverage.
Can the EAP775-Wall be used outdoors?
No. It is an indoor unit rated for an operating temperature of 0–40 °C. For outdoor Wi-Fi see the Omada outdoor models in our access points range.
EAP775-Wall or EAP725-Wall?
The EAP775-Wall is tri-band with 6 GHz and PoE out on two ports; the EAP725-Wall is dual-band BE3600 with three downlink ports.
