The OpenScape Desk Phone CP210 is the mid-range model in the OpenScape CP G2 (CPx10) family, now supplied under Mitel. Mitel lists four programmable keys, a larger display that removes the need for paper labels, and a USB interface for expansion such as the CP10 Wi-Fi stick.

What you will need
A phone system that supports OpenScape Desk Phone CP devices: Mitel lists SIP from Unify OpenScape Voice V9 and HFA from OpenScape Business V3R2 or OpenScape 4000 V8R2/V10R1. You also need a network connection and either an IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector, or the optional external power supply. Please confirm compatibility with your phone system provider before ordering; call us if you are unsure. For Wi-Fi use, add the OpenScape CP10 USB stick.

Is the CP210 a SIP phone?
Mitel lists SIP and HFA (CorNet-IP) software for the CP G2 family, with SIP pre-installed.
Can the CP210 connect over Wi-Fi?
Yes, with the optional OpenScape CP10 Wi-Fi stick in its USB port. Mitel lists the stick as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.
Does it support key modules?
No. Mitel lists key module support (KM410/KM710) on the CP410 and CP710 only.
What PoE class is it?
IEEE 802.3af, PoE class 2. An external power supply is optional.
