The OpenScape Desk Phone CP400 is part of the OpenScape CPx00 family, now supplied under Mitel. Mitel describes it as the midrange phone for the budget-conscious professional user: even the basic unit has 16 programmable function keys with tri-coloured status indicators.

What you will need

A phone system that supports OpenScape CPx00 devices (OpenScape Voice, OpenScape 4000 or OpenScape Business), a network connection and an IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector or a suitable power supply. CPx00 phones come in SIP or HFA variants, so please confirm the variant and compatibility with us or your provider before ordering.

How many programmable keys does the CP400 have?

The CP400 has 16 freely programmable keys with LEDs, and up to 2 KM400 key modules can be added.

Does the CP400 have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi?

No. Mitel lists Bluetooth and Wi-Fi as not available on the CP400.

Is the CP400 PoE powered?

Yes. Mitel lists IEEE 802.3af PoE class 2 and two gigabit Ethernet ports.

Is the CP400 wall mountable?

Mitel lists the wall mount kit as not available for the CP400.
