The OpenScape Desk Phone CP410 sits near the top of the OpenScape CP G2 (CPx10) family, now supplied under Mitel. Mitel describes it as one of the most flexible devices in the range for users who need more personalisation, extended multi-line working or more involved call handling.

What you will need

A phone system that supports OpenScape Desk Phone CP devices: Mitel lists SIP from Unify OpenScape Voice V9 and HFA from OpenScape Business V3R2 or OpenScape 4000 V8R2/V10R1. You also need a network connection and either an IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector, or the optional external power supply. Please confirm compatibility with your phone system provider before ordering; call us if you are unsure. Key modules and the CP10 Wi-Fi stick are sold separately.

Mitel lists up to 4 KM410 or up to 4 KM710 key modules.
