The Yealink YHS34 Dual is an over-the-head analog wired headset with two ear cushions, made for office workers, SOHO users and call centre staff. A QD (Quick Disconnect) cable lets you unplug from the phone without taking the headset off, and the QD to RJ9 lead plugs into the headset port of Yealink enterprise IP phones. A noise-cancelling microphone on a 320° bendable boom, HD wideband audio and ActiveProtection technology are built in.

What you will need

A Yealink IP phone with an RJ9 headset port. The headset has no USB plug and does not connect directly to a PC.

Which phones does it work with?

Yealink states the YHS34 is compliant with the full range of Yealink enterprise IP phones, connected through the RJ9 headset port.

Can I plug it into my computer?

No. It is an analog headset with a QD to RJ9 cable for desk phones.

What is the difference between the Dual and Mono?

The Dual (1308023) covers both ears; the Mono covers one ear so you can still hear the room.

How long are the cables?

Yealink lists a 0.9 m headset cable and a 1.2 m QD to RJ9 cable.

How quickly can I get it?
