Hotel, Pub & Restaurant Wi-Fi with TP-Link Omada

Guest Wi-Fi that works in every room, and tills that stay online when the broadband drops.

In hospitality, Wi-Fi is part of the guest experience, and a dropped connection at the till costs sales. TP-Link Omada gives hotels, pubs, restaurants and cafés reliable guest Wi-Fi, separate secure networks for staff and EPOS, and one dashboard to manage it all, on site or remotely. Zenith Security Co is an official TP-Link VAR Partner.

Watch: 4G failover keeps tills and guest Wi-Fi running

What a hospitality network needs

  • Coverage in every room: wall-plate access points fit neatly into hotel rooms over existing network sockets, and ceiling models cover bars, restaurants and function rooms.
  • Outdoor Wi-Fi for beer gardens, terraces and pool areas with outdoor access points.
  • Separate networks: guest Wi-Fi with a captive portal (a branded sign-in page), with staff, EPOS and CCTV each on their own secure network.
  • Backup internet: 4G failover routers switch to a mobile SIM automatically when the line drops, so card payments keep working.
  • Remote management: manage one venue or a whole group from the Omada app or cloud portal, with no need to send someone on site.

Hospitality Wi-Fi FAQs

Can guests sign in through a branded page?

Yes. Omada supports a captive portal, so guests see your own sign-in or terms page before they connect.

How do I keep card payments working if the broadband fails?

Use an Omada router with 4G failover, such as the ER706WP-4G. It switches to a mobile SIM automatically when the main line drops.

Can I manage several pubs or hotels from one account?

Yes. Omada's cloud management handles multiple sites from one dashboard and the Omada app.

Do I need cabling to every hotel room?

Wall-plate access points use an existing network socket in the room. Where a room has no cabling, a ceiling access point in the corridor can cover nearby rooms. A site survey will tell you which you need.
