The Ruijie RG-AP180P-L is a Wi-Fi 6 wall plate access point with two radios, giving peak rates of 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 2.402 Gbps on 5 GHz. Its 2.5GBASE-T uplink accepts PoE/PoE+ input, and LAN 1 can pass 48 V/10 W PoE on to an attached device.
What the RG-AP180P-L is for
Ruijie positions the RG-AP180P-L for high-density small-sized scenarios such as star hotels, enterprise VIP offices and apartments. It is a wall plate unit measuring 86 mm x 170 mm x 43 mm, which mounts on a wall using the bracket delivered with it, or on an 86 mm European-standard or American-standard junction box.
The uplink is 2.5GBASE-T, so the wired connection is not limited to 1 Gbps if you connect it to a 2.5G-capable switch port. Four Gigabit downlink ports serve wired devices, and LAN 1 supplies 48 V/10 W PoE to an attached device, except when the AP itself is powered by 802.3af PoE.
Ruijie lists up to 256 associated clients (the number varies with the environment) and recommends 120 active devices per AP. Management options are Ruijie Cloud and web-based management (Eweb), with Fat, Fit and Cloud mode switching.

What you will need
Power: a PoE+ (802.3at) port or a 48 V/0.6 A DC adapter with a 2.1 mm/5.5 mm centre-positive plug. The AP draws up to 25 W on PoE+ or DC and 15 W on 802.3af PoE; Ruijie says it operates with optimal performance on 802.3at, and on 802.3af LAN 1 cannot supply power to an attached device. Ruijie says the PSE and the DC adapter are bought separately, so a PoE switch or PoE injector rated for 802.3at is the usual way to power it. For a link faster than 1 Gbps, the uplink must connect to a 2.5G-capable port.

Yes, in a limited way: LAN 1 supplies 48 V/10 W PoE to an attached device. This is not available when the AP is powered by 802.3af PoE. All four downlink ports are 10/100/1000BASE-T.
What speed is the RG-AP180P-L uplink?
Ruijie lists the uplink as a 2.5GBASE-T port that accepts PoE/PoE+ input. To run it faster than 1 Gbps you need a 2.5G-capable port at the other end; the four downlink ports are Gigabit.
