The TP-Link Deco E4 (3-pack) is a 3-pack AC1200 dual-band Wi-Fi 5 whole home mesh Wi-Fi system that TP-Link rate for 3-4 bedroom houses. Each unit delivers 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, and has two 10/100 Mbps WAN/LAN auto-sensing ports. It is set up and managed in the TP-Link Deco app.
What the Deco E4 is for
It suits everyday browsing, streaming and video calls on broadband up to around 100 Mbps, giving one Wi-Fi name throughout a 3-4 bedroom house.

What you will need
A broadband modem or ISP router with an Ethernet port, a smartphone for the Deco app, and a power socket for each unit. Note the Ethernet ports are 10/100 Mbps, so for faster broadband choose a gigabit Deco.

How big a house does the Deco E4 3-pack cover?
TP-Link rate the 3-pack for 3-4 bedroom houses.
Are the Ethernet ports gigabit?
No. Each unit has two 10/100 Mbps ports. For gigabit ports see the Deco M4 or Deco X50.
Is the Deco E4 Wi-Fi 6?
No, it is AC1200 Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac).
Can I keep my ISP router?
Yes. Connect the main Deco to it and use Access Point mode so the ISP router keeps routing.
How quickly can I get it?
Stocked items are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales; we do not ship to Northern Ireland.
