The RG-RAP6262 is an AX3000-class outdoor Wi-Fi 6 access point in a sealed, spherical IP68 housing with five built-in omnidirectional antennas. Alongside its Gigabit Ethernet port it has a 1G SFP port, which Ruijie say allows a run of up to 20 km over single-mode fibre.
What the RG-RAP6262 is for
Ruijie position the RG-RAP6262 as an outdoor access point for all-round coverage, mounted on a wall or pole. The radios are 2x2 MU-MIMO on each band, rated at up to 2401 Mbps on 5 GHz and 573 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, and Ruijie list a maximum of 512 associated wireless clients with both bands enabled (64 on 2.4 GHz, 512 on 5 GHz). Ruijie quote a coverage radius of 100 m at 2.4 GHz and 300 m at 5 GHz from field tests, and note that real range varies with the environment and the receiving device, so treat those as a guide rather than a guarantee.
The 1G SFP port gives it a fibre option: Ruijie say it supports runs of up to 20 km over single-mode fibre, which helps when the mounting point is beyond a 100 m copper run. Reyee Mesh is listed for adding outdoor Wi-Fi with no extra cabling, although the unit still needs power. The housing is sealed to IP68, flame-retardant and protected against 4 kV surges, with an operating range of –30°C to +65°C.
Ruijie list cloud functions of remote monitoring, remote Wi-Fi management and cloud portal authentication for this model. If you do not need fibre or the higher 5 GHz rate, the RG-RAP6262(G) is the AX1800 model in the same style, with two Gigabit Ethernet ports and no SFP port.

What you will need
Ruijie list PoE/PoE+ or a 12 V, 2 A DC adapter as the power options, with a maximum consumption of 24 W. That is above the 15.4 W an 802.3af port supplies, so plan on a PoE+ (802.3at) PoE switch port or PoE injector. The packing list shows no power adapter and no Ethernet cable in the box, so allow for a power source and outdoor-rated network cable. To use the SFP port you also need a 1G SFP module and fibre - no module is listed in the box - and the access point still needs power at the mounting point because fibre carries none. A mounting bracket and screws are listed in the box.

Does the RG-RAP6262 come with a power adapter?
No. Ruijie's packing list shows a power adapter quantity of 0, and no Ethernet cable either. Power it from a PoE+ (802.3at) switch port or injector, or from a separately bought 12 V, 2 A DC adapter.
Will a standard PoE (802.3af) port run the RG-RAP6262?
Ruijie list PoE/PoE+ as accepted, but the maximum power consumption is 24 W, which is more than the 15.4 W an 802.3af port supplies. Use a PoE+ (802.3at) port or injector so the access point has the power it can draw.
