What the RG-ANT16S-120 is for

Ruijie offer three antennas for the base station of the RG-AirMetro wireless bridge series, and the RG-ANT16S-120 is the middle one for both angle and distance. It suits a base station that sits to one side of the sites it serves rather than in the middle of them, for example at the edge of a CCTV site looking across it, or on a WISP mast serving one direction.

Choosing between the three is a trade of angle against distance. What you will need

This is the antenna only. It is for the base station of the RG-AirMetro series, which we list as the RG-AirMetro550G-B, and every remote site inside the sector needs an AirMetro CPE facing back towards it. Ruijie's page for this antenna does not state the connector type or list the box contents, so ask us to confirm how it attaches to the base station and what fixings are supplied before you order. If you already own a base station, tell us the model and we will check it against this antenna.
