The Ruijie Reyee RG-ANT20S-90 is the 90° sector antenna of the RG-AirMetro series wireless bridges. It works on 5 GHz with 20 dBi of gain and a 7° vertical beam, is rated for links of up to 10 km, and carries an IP55 rating with an operating range of -40°C to +80°C.

What the RG-ANT20S-90 is for

Ruijie offer three antennas for the AirMetro series, and the RG-ANT20S-90 has the highest gain and the longest rated distance of the three: 20 dBi across a 90° horizontal sector with a 7° vertical beam, rated to 10 km. The RG-ANT16S-120 covers 120° at 16 dBi and is rated to 5 km, and the RG-ANT13-360 covers 360° at 13 dBi and is rated to 2 km. Choose by where the remote sites sit: a 90° sector suits sites grouped in one direction from the mast.

Ruijie position the AirMetro series for wireless internet service providers (WISP) and for CCTV, and state that, paired with CPEs, the bridges support up to 32 point-to-multipoint links. The 10 km figure is Ruijie's rated distance; what a link achieves in practice depends on line of sight, alignment and the equipment at the far end. The antenna is rated IP55, for -40°C to +80°C and 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity.

What you will need

The RG-ANT20S-90 is an antenna only. To build a link you also need an RG-AirMetro series base station (such as the RG-AirMetro550G-B) and AirMetro CPEs at the remote sites, since Ruijie describe the bridges as working paired with CPEs. Ruijie's page does not list the box contents or the connector type, so ask us to confirm the mounting bracket and the cables between base station and antenna before ordering. The antenna is 694 mm tall excluding its bracket, so check the mounting position has room for it.
