The TP-Link Omada EAP115 is a N300 Wi-Fi 4 ceiling mount access point. It is single-band 2.4 GHz, quoting 11n: 300Mbps(dynamic), 11g: 54Mbps(dynamic), 11b: 11Mbps(dynamic), and has one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. It is powered by 802.3af PoE or 9 V DC (adapter included). TP-Link rate it for 100+ concurrent clients and up to 60 m² of coverage.

What the EAP115 is for

As a TP-Link Omada access point the EAP115 can be managed centrally from an Omada Hardware, Software or Cloud-Based Controller and the Omada App, or standalone through its own web interface.

What you will need

A PoE source and network cable to the mounting position. For central management, add an Omada controller such as the OC200 or OC300, or use Omada Central cloud.

We will go through the EAP115 with you before you buy, including how many access points your site needs and whether your switch has the PoE budget, and depending on your requirements and your area we can recommend a qualified trade installer. Does the EAP115 support PoE?

Yes. TP-Link specify 802.3af PoE input, or 9 V DC. Maximum draw: 2.8W.

Does the EAP115 need an Omada controller?

It can be set up on its own through its web interface, and is managed centrally by an Omada hardware controller such as the OC200 or the free Omada Software Controller. TP-Link list cloud access through the OC200, OC300 or software controller.

What Wi-Fi standard is the EAP115?

Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11b), N300 class, single-band 2.4 GHz.

How many devices does the EAP115 support?

TP-Link quote 100+ concurrent clients and coverage up to 60 m². These are TP-Link test figures; walls, ceilings and interference reduce real coverage, so plan a site survey for larger buildings.

Can the EAP115 be used outdoors?

No. It is an indoor unit (operating temperature 0°C~40°C). For outdoor Wi-Fi see the Omada outdoor models in our access points range.

How quickly can I get it?

We ship nationally from our multi-million pound warehouse, with orders leaving daily. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter — call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
