SG5452X — TP-Link Omada 48-Port Gigabit Stackable Lite L3 Managed Switch with 4 10G SFP+
The TP-Link Omada SG5452X is a stackable Lite L3 managed switch with 48 gigabit RJ45 ports and four 10G SFP+ slots. It is fanless and fits a 19-inch rack (1U).
What the SG5452X is for
It is an access or distribution switch for offices, schools and warehouses that need VLANs to keep CCTV, office and guest traffic apart, with 10G SFP+ slots for fibre links between cabinets. It does not supply PoE. See our range of fully managed switches and other network switches.
As a Lite L3 switch it routes between VLANs with static routing, RIP and OSPF, and up to four units can be stacked over the 10G SFP+ ports and managed as one.
As a TP-Link Omada switch the SG5452X can be managed centrally from an Omada Hardware, Software or Cloud-Based Controller and the Omada App, or standalone through its own web interface.

Does the SG5452X supply PoE?
No. It has no PoE output. For PoE see the SG5452XMPP.
Is the SG5452X Omada compatible, and does it need a controller?
It is a TP-Link Omada switch and works with Omada Hardware, Software or Cloud-Based Controllers. A controller is optional: it can also be managed standalone through the web GUI or CLI.
Can the SG5452X route between VLANs?
Yes. It is a Lite L3 switch with static routing (up to 512 IPv4 routes), RIP and OSPF, so it can route between VLANs and act as the core of a small to medium network.
