The Dahua DH-IPC-HDW8341XP-3D-0280B-S2 (Dahua model IPC-HDW8341X-3D-S2) is a 3MP dual-lens network camera from the Dahua WizMind 8 Series, built for accurate people counting. Mounted overhead, its two lenses count people entering and leaving, count people within an area and manage queues, and the camera produces daily, monthly and yearly reports. It also supports IVS perimeter protection and face detection, with a built-in microphone and speaker for audio and siren deterrence.
Who is it for?
This camera suits retail stores, shopping centres, banks, libraries, offices and venues that need reliable footfall figures and queue data at entrances, exits and tills. The data helps with staffing, opening hours and occupancy management, while the camera still records 3MP video for security.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it have two lenses?
The dual-lens design is used for Dahua's people counting, letting the camera track people passing underneath it for accurate entry and exit figures.
Where should it be mounted?
It is designed for overhead mounting above an entrance, exit or queue area, on a ceiling or with the PFB110W wall bracket.
Can I get footfall reports?
Yes. The camera generates daily, monthly and yearly reports for entry/exit counting, in-area counting and queue management.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
It is rated IP67 and IK10 with a metal housing and works from -40°C to +60°C.
