Dahua DH-IPC-HUM8441P-E1-L4: 4MP WizMind Covert Pinhole Camera Kit
The Dahua DH-IPC-HUM8441P-E1-L4 kit (Dahua model IPC-HUM8441-E1-L4) is a 4MP covert pinhole network camera with a separated design. The DH-IPC-HUM8441-E1 main box handles processing, recording and connections, while the tiny L4 pinhole lens module (35 × 35 × 26.7mm) connects through the included 8m coaxial cable, so the lens can be hidden in fittings, displays or ATMs well away from the electronics. Dahua WizMind deep learning adds perimeter protection with human and vehicle classification, face detection and smart object detection.
Who is it for?
Dahua positions this separated pinhole camera for hidden or small installations such as banks, cash points, advertising screens, retail counters and kiosks, where a normal camera would be too visible or too large. The 2.8mm lens gives a wide 101° horizontal view.

Frequently asked questions
How far can the lens be from the main box?
The lens connects to the main box using the included 8m coaxial cable.
What is dual power backup?
If both PoE and a 12V DC adapter are connected and one supply fails, the camera keeps working on the other without restarting.
Is anything important during installation?
Dahua advises connecting the lens before powering on the main box, otherwise the device may be damaged.
Does it record audio?
It has a 3.5mm audio input and output, so an external microphone and speaker can be connected.
