Dahua DH-PFT1500 — 5-Port PoE Extender, 4 Out / 1 In, DIN-Rail Module
The DH-PFT1500 takes one PoE input from an upstream switch and extends it to four downstream PoE outputs, each capable of driving a camera beyond the standard 100m Ethernet limit. It mounts on a DIN rail, making it a tidy fit in a comms cabinet partway along a long cable run.
Who is it for?
Sites where cameras sit further from the switch than a single 100m run allows — a large warehouse, a long driveway, a multi-building site — and running a second switch isn't practical or cost-effective for just a few extra cameras.
