The DH-SD42216DB-HC is an HDCVI PTZ camera — it runs over standard coax to a compatible Dahua XVR rather than needing a network cable, giving 16x optical zoom and full pan/tilt/zoom control without the IP addressing or switch infrastructure an IP PTZ needs.
Who is it for?
Sites already wired with coax wanting to add PTZ coverage — a wide yard, a car park, a perimeter — without running new network cable, using the same DVR/XVR as the rest of an HDCVI system.
