The Dahua DH-HAC-HDBW1500EP-0280B-S2 (listed by Dahua as the HAC-HDBW1500E, S2 version) is a compact 5MP HDCVI dome camera from Dahua's HDCVI Lite Series. It records 5MP at up to 25fps through a wide 2.8mm lens, with Smart IR up to 30m for night coverage. The IK10 vandal-resistant dome and IP67 rating make it a sensible choice where a camera is within reach or exposed to the weather.
Who is it for?
Shops, offices, communal areas, stairwells and entrances where a low-profile dome is preferred and the camera might be tampered with. It is also an easy upgrade for older analogue systems, as it runs over existing coax.

Is this camera vandal-proof?
Yes. It is rated IK10 for impact resistance as well as IP67 against dust and water.
Does it have audio?
No. This model has no microphone or audio input.
How far does the night vision reach?
Smart IR covers up to 30m and adjusts its intensity so close subjects are not over-exposed.
Will it work with a non-Dahua DVR?
Yes, in most cases. The output can be switched between CVI, TVI, AHD and CVBS to suit the recorder.
