Dahua DH-HAC-HDW1549XMP-IL-A-PRO: 5MP WizColor HDCVI Eyeball Camera
The Dahua DH-HAC-HDW1549XMP-IL-A-PRO (Dahua model family HAC-HDW1549X-IL-A-PRO) is a 5MP WizColor fixed-focal eyeball camera from Dahua's HDCVI Lite Series. WizColor combines Dahua's AI-ISP with a large F1.0 aperture to make the most of weak ambient light such as moonlight and street lighting, so it can deliver full-colour night images across the whole scene with less motion blur. Smart Dual Light gives IR and warm light up to 50m: with a Dahua AI XVR running Perimeter Protection or SMD Plus, the warm light switches on when a target enters the rule area and back to IR when it leaves, reducing light pollution.
Who is it for?
Driveways, entrances, yards and small business premises where you want colour evidence at night on an HDCVI system, without leaving a bright light on all night. It is a good upgrade for existing coax installations using a Dahua XVR.

Frequently asked questions
What is WizColor?
Dahua WizColor pairs an AI image processor with a large F1.0 aperture to produce colour images in very low ambient light, so colour at night does not depend only on the camera's own lights.
How does Smart Dual Light work?
The camera normally uses IR at night. When your Dahua AI XVR detects a person or vehicle in a rule area, it switches on the warm light for a full-colour image, then returns to IR when the target leaves.
Does it record audio?
Yes. It has built-in dual microphones and sends audio over the coax to a Dahua HDCVI recorder.
Will it work with other DVRs?
It can output CVI, TVI, AHD or CVBS, so it works with most HD analogue recorders. Smart Dual Light control and 5MP 16:9 need a Dahua XVR.
