The DHI-TPC-BF5401-B25-BC-S2 is a thermal bullet camera built around a Vanadium oxide uncooled focal plane detector (400 x 300 effective pixels, ≤35mK sensitivity). Its 25mm fixed-focal lens gives a 15.5° x 11.6° field of view with a heat detection distance of 250m, and the camera runs built-in fire/hotspot detection plus intelligent perimeter protection (tripwire, intrusion, human/vehicle classification) without needing a separate analytics server.
Who is it for?
Thermal cameras see heat rather than visible light, so they keep working in total darkness, smoke and light fog where a standard camera's IR illuminator runs out of range. The 25mm lens is the long-range option in this family, suiting large open perimeters, rural boundaries and sites where the camera needs to cover ground well beyond the reach of the 7.5mm or 13mm variants.
