We deliver CCTV, alarm, access control and networking equipment to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days. If you are near Wolverhampton, you can also collect from our trade counter.

Northern Ireland: we do not ship to Northern Ireland.
How long delivery takes
Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days. A working day means Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:30pm, or at a weekend, are handled from the next working day.
If we foresee a delay, or we can only send part of a large order, we will contact you to arrange delivery of the rest.
Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders over £499. Below that, our product prices do not include delivery, and any delivery charge is added at checkout, before you pay.
Collecting from our trade counter
You can collect your order from our trade counter at Unit 3, Park View Centre, 243 Dudley Road, Wolverhampton WV2 3JU. Please call first on 01902 902251 so we can have your order ready. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am–4:30pm and Saturday 10:00am–4:00pm, closed Sunday. Installers can read more about the Wolverhampton trade counter.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery address carefully when you order.
If a delivery fails because nobody was available, or the address was wrong, the cost of sending it again is yours.
Check your goods when they arrive. Once delivered, they are your responsibility.
