A TP-Link 4G or 5G router takes a data SIM and shares the mobile connection over Wi-Fi and Ethernet, wherever there is mobile signal. Choose an indoor Archer MR (4G) or NX (5G) router for a home, cabin or small office, an outdoor model where signal is weak indoors, a pocket mobile Wi-Fi for travel, or an Omada 4G/5G gateway for business failover and remote CCTV. Zenith Security Co is listed on TP-Link UK's where-to-buy page as a VAR Partner and Online Store, and every model below is on our site.

For businesses that manage their network in Omada, the ER706W-4G and ER706WP-4G (with 4 PoE+ ports) have 4G+ Cat6 with dual SIM. The ER603WP-4G-Outdoor and ER703WP-4G-Outdoor are IP55 outdoor 4G gateways with PoE in and out, and the ER701-5G-Outdoor is a 5G outdoor gateway with dual SIM. The DR3650V-4G and DR3220V-4G combine VDSL with 4G failover. See the Omada router and gateway guide.
Look at your network's coverage map for the exact location. 4G has the widest coverage and is enough for browsing, card machines and remote CCTV viewing. 5G gives more speed where coverage is good. If 5G is patchy, a 4G+ Cat6 router can be the steadier choice.
Metal buildings, thick stone walls and rural sites can block mobile signal. An outdoor router mounts where the signal is better and runs one Ethernet cable inside, often with PoE so no mains socket is needed outside.
If mobile is your only connection, pick for speed and Wi-Fi. If you have broadband and want a backup, choose a router that lists failover, such as the Archer MR600, NX200 or an Omada 4G gateway.
For a larger home, a Deco 4G or 5G unit lets you add mesh units to spread the Wi-Fi. For a business, an Omada gateway can manage access points and switches too.
These routers do not come with a SIM. Use a data SIM from a network with good coverage at your site, and size the plan to your use. Remote CCTV viewing uses data each time you watch.
No. Use a data SIM from a network with good coverage at your site. Most of the routers we sell take a nano SIM; check the product page.
5G can be much faster where coverage is good, such as the Archer NX200 with 5G up to 4.67 Gbps on the product page. Where 5G is patchy, a 4G+ router may give a steadier connection.
Yes. Models such as the Archer MR600, Archer NX200 and the Omada ER706W-4G list failover, so they switch to mobile data if the main line drops.
Any of the 4G routers can give an NVR an internet connection. For a business site, the Omada ER706WP-4G adds 4 PoE+ ports, and outdoor models such as the ER703WP-4G-Outdoor help where the signal inside is weak.
When signal inside the building is poor, for example in steel buildings, farms or rural homes. The router mounts outside where the signal is good and connects inside by Ethernet.
