What you will need

Is there a monthly fee to use this NVR?
No. Recording, storage and all AI analysis run locally on the recorder, so there's no subscription or monthly fee.
Will it work with non-Dahua IP cameras?
Yes, via ONVIF (Profile S, T, G and M), plus native third-party support for Panasonic, Sony, Axis, Arecont, Pelco, Canon and Hanwha cameras.
