The Hikvision DS-2CE72D8T-IT3SE (2.8mm) is a 2 MP Ultra Low Light turret with PoC — Power over Coax. It answers the most common retrofit problem in analogue CCTV: there is already a coax run to the camera position, but no mains nearby. PoC sends power down that same coax, so an upgrade needs no new cabling. The Ultra Low Light sensor holds colour in dim conditions rather than falling back to monochrome infrared, and EXIR covers to 40 m once it is genuinely dark.
