Who is this 1080P bullet kit for?

A coax (HD-TVI) system in a box: the DVR-108G-M1/T 8-channel DVR with 6 x THC-B127-LTS 2MP bullet cameras (30m Smart Hybrid Light). It suits homes, shops and small commercial sites, and is a straightforward upgrade for an old analogue system on existing RG59 coax — the DVR takes TVI, AHD, CVI and old analogue cameras on any channel, leaving 2 channels free to add cameras later. Starting from scratch with no cabling? An IP kit is the better long-term platform.

What you’ll need with it

• A surveillance-grade hard drive — choose one from the options and we fit and format it; 2–4TB suits a 6-camera system.
• RG59 coax and 12V power to each camera (pre-made shotgun cables are simplest), plus a 12V multi-way PSU — the DVR does not power cameras. The optional Plug and Play Kit covers this.
• A network cable from the DVR to your router for the app.

Frequently asked questions

Does it record sound?

Yes — each camera has a mic and speaker, and the DVR supports two-way audio over coax, so you can talk through the camera.

Will it work with the cameras I already have?

Yes — the DVR auto-detects analogue, TVI, AHD and CVI on each channel, so you can mix and upgrade gradually.

Is the night vision in colour?

Both — infrared by default, switching to white light for colour when needed.

Is a hard drive included?

Not by default — pick one from the Hard Drive option and we fit and format it.

Is there a monthly fee?

No — local recording and a free app.
