The Uniview NSW3000-8T2GT-POE-IN is a cloud managed Ethernet PoE switch with 8 x 10/100Mbps PoE ports (RJ45) and 2 x gigabit RJ45 ports. It supplies up to 120W of PoE in total.
What the NSW3000-8T2GT-POE-IN is for
It suits a CCTV or small business network of up to 8 PoE devices where some management is wanted: Uniview lists VLANs (up to 32), port isolation for downlink ports, loop detection, port rate limiting, broadcast storm control and N:1 port mirroring.
Each PoE port supplies up to 30W. Plan around the 120W total rather than the per-port maximum. Uniview lists IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at in PoE mode A (1236) and mode B (4578), and PoE status and power can be viewed and switched per port.
