What you will need

You need a 12 V DC supply (±25%, maximum 3.3 W) via the 5.5 mm power interface, BNC coax and a recorder that accepts the video format you choose. Use a compatible DVR or XVR that supports 5MP input, and add surveillance hard drives. If you want audio, tell us the recorder and we will check.
