The Uniview NVR502-32B-P16-IQ is a 32-channel network video recorder from the NVR502-B-P-IQ series, with 16 built-in PoE ports and two SATA bays. Recording is supported up to 16MP.
What the NVR502-32B-P16-IQ is for
It records up to 32 IP cameras, and 16 of them can plug straight into its PoE ports (IEEE 802.3at/af, up to 30 W per port and 240 W in total). Further cameras need their own power, for example from a PoE switch. Incoming bandwidth is 320 Mbps with smart functions off and 160 Mbps with them on.
The IQ series adds NVR-side analytics: face detection and comparison, smart intrusion prevention (SIP) and ultra motion detection (UMD), plus AcuSearch and AcuTrack with Uniview SIP/UMD cameras. Only one analyser mode can be active at a time. Video output is HDMI up to 4K at 30 Hz plus an independent VGA output.

What you will need
Add surveillance hard drives, as none are included: there are 2 SATA bays of up to 24 TB each. PoE cameras need network cable to the 16 PoE ports. Cameras beyond 16, or beyond the 240 W total, need a PoE switch. See other NVRs if you need a different channel count.
