The Uniview UG-I500-H16-IN is an integrated machine in the UNV Guard series: a video management server with the platform software pre-installed and 16 SATA drive bays for central recording.

What the UG-I500-H16-IN is for

It brings video, access control, video intercom, alarm controllers and vehicle and parking management into one platform. Uniview's capacity figures include 1000 encoding devices, 2000 video channels, 300 access control devices, 800 alarm controllers, 2000 users and 50 concurrent online users.

Streaming bandwidth is 650 Mbps for receiving, forwarding and storage, with up to 256 concurrent central storage channels (80 with RAID) and 30 concurrent playback channels. Each disk can be up to 20 TB.

What you will need

Fit surveillance hard drives in the 16 SATA bays (up to 20 TB per disk); none are supplied. Connect the four GbE ports to your network using network cable and a suitable switch. Power consumption is up to 150 W without drives, and it operates from -10°C to 55°C. Cameras and NVRs are added as devices on the platform.
