The Yealink MP52 E2 Teams (part number MP52 E2 TEAMS) is a Microsoft Teams IP (VoIP) desk phone with a 2.4-inch non-touch colour screen, a hearing aid compatible magnet handset and a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone. It uses physical keys rather than a touchscreen, and has a dual-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af, class 3), a USB Type-A port for headsets and a wall-mountable design.

Yealink positions the MP52 E2 as a Teams phone for common areas such as school, hospital and business settings, where a non-touchscreen and physical buttons stand up well to constant use. It supports Common Area Phone (CAP) accounts, so a corridor, warehouse or hotel lobby phone can stay ready for Microsoft Teams calls. It runs a Microsoft Teams-tailored interface, with Teams calling functions such as call hold, transfer, forward, visual voicemail and Teams meeting call controls.

For administrators, the phone can be provisioned and managed in bulk from the Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), among the platforms the manufacturer lists. Yealink also lists it as a route for sites moving from Skype for Business to Teams.

How do I power the MP52 E2 Teams?
