Microsoft Teams phones, also called Teams phones, Teams desk phones or Teams handsets, are desk phones built for Microsoft Teams. They let you make and take calls through Microsoft Teams, usually with a Teams account like the one you use on your computer (some models are made for shared common areas), and typically have a Teams button or touchscreen for starting and joining calls.
When choosing one, check:
- how it connects: Ethernet with power over Ethernet (PoE), Wi-Fi, or USB to a computer;
- whether it runs Teams on the phone itself or uses the Teams app on a computer;
- screen size and touchscreen;
- Bluetooth and headset connections;
- that your Microsoft 365 or Teams licence covers the calling you need.
Wall mounts and other add-ons are in VoIP phone accessories; check each product page for the phones it fits. For phones that register with a SIP phone system or VoIP service, see IP desk phones, or browse all VoIP phones. If you are unsure which model suits your setup, contact us before ordering. Supplied by Zenith Security Co, Wolverhampton.
