RT30 - DECT Repeater for Yealink DECT IP Base Stations
The Yealink RT30 is a DECT repeater designed to extend the cordless coverage of a compatible Yealink DECT IP phone system. It works with the Yealink W60B, W70B and W52 base stations, so VoIP handsets can be used across a wider area than the base station covers on its own.
What the RT30 is for
A DECT IP base station only reaches so far, and walls and metal structures reduce the range. The RT30 repeats the signal so that cordless VoIP handsets keep a connection further from the base, in one direction or in all directions. Yealink states that calls hand over automatically between the repeater and the base station while a handset moves around.

What you will need
You need a compatible Yealink DECT IP base station: Yealink lists the W60B, W70B and W52, each with a minimum firmware version shown in the table above. Placement matters: Yealink advises keeping the repeater away from microwave ovens, Wi-Fi equipment and computers, and keeping at least 10 metres between repeaters. The ranges quoted are for ideal conditions, and indoor range is lower than outdoor range. Check your base station model and firmware before ordering, or call us.
