What you will need

The W74H is a handset and needs a Yealink DECT base station to register to. Yealink states that it is compatible with the Yealink W70B base station (the W74P system is a W70B base station with a W74H handset, supporting up to 10 handsets), and its datasheet says it will also be compatible with the W75, W80 and W90 multi-cell systems. Yealink also states that its DECT products are not compatible with third-party DECT devices. Does the W74H come with a base station?

No. The W74H is a handset with a charger cradle, battery, belt clip and power adapter. It needs a compatible Yealink DECT base station, such as the W70B as stated by Yealink.

Does it work with a Bluetooth headset?

Yealink states the W74H has built-in Bluetooth 5.1 for a Bluetooth headset, and also a 3.5 mm headset jack for a wired headset.
