The Yealink EXP43 is a colour expansion module that adds extra programmable keys beside a compatible Yealink IP phone. It has a 4.3-inch colour screen showing 20 physical keys at a time, with three pages giving up to 60 keys. Yealink lists it for use with the T43U, T46U and T48U desk phones.

What the EXP43 is for

On a busy desk, the keys on the phone itself soon run out. The EXP43 gives you more keys for speed dials, busy lamp field (BLF) monitoring and call handling features such as call forward, transfer, call park and call pickup. Yealink positions it for receptionists, administrative assistants and contact centre staff who watch many extensions or manage a high volume of calls. It is an add-on from our VoIP phone accessories range, not a phone in its own right.

• 20 physical keys per page, each with a dual-colour LED, and three pages (60 keys in total)
• Three separate control keys with illuminated LEDs for switching between pages
• Up to three modules can be attached to a supported phone, adding up to 180 keys
• Connects to the phone by USB cable; a USB 2.0 port on the module can be used for a wired or wireless USB headset, Wi-Fi through a WF40 or WF50, or call recording to a USB flash drive
• Stand with two adjustable angles; wallpaper, screensaver and power saving options
• Keys can be programmed for features such as shared line, BLF list, call park, conference, forward, group pickup, group listening, LDAP and XML browser

What you will need

You need a supported Yealink phone: Yealink lists the T43U, T46U and T48U. Yealink's datasheet says an external Yealink power adapter (5V/2A) is required to support two or three expansion modules, and its quick start guide also says an adapter is needed when the module is used on a T43U. The adapter is not in the package and is purchased separately. For any other phone model, check the product page or call us before ordering.

Which phones does the EXP43 work with?

Yealink's datasheet states that it applies to the T43U, T46U and T48U IP phones. For any other model, check the product page or call us first.

Do I need a power adapter?

Yealink states that an external 5V/2A Yealink power adapter is required for two or three modules, and its quick start guide also calls for one when the module is used on a T43U. The adapter is bought separately.

How quickly can I get it?

Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter - call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
