The Yealink EXP55 is a colour-screen expansion module that adds extra programmable keys to a Yealink IP phone. It has a 5.5-inch 480 x 960-pixel display, 26 physical keys on each page and three pages, so one module gives up to 78 programmable features. What the EXP55 is for
On a busy desk phone, line keys run out quickly. The EXP55 gives you more keys that can be set as BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup and other features, so you can monitor colleagues and handle a high volume of calls without scrolling through menus. Yealink describes it as suited to receptionists, administrative assistants and contact centre staff. Up to three modules can be attached to one phone, which adds up to 234 additional buttons.
