The Yealink SIP-T31P is an entry-level VoIP desk phone from Yealink with a 2.3 inch 132 x 64-pixel backlit display, two SIP accounts, local 5-way conferencing and built-in Power over Ethernet. Yealink lists it in Classic Grey.

What the SIP-T31P is for

The SIP-T31P is a standards-based SIP phone for a desk that needs two lines and a straightforward set of features. It registers with a SIP-based phone system or hosted service, takes its power from a PoE network port, and has a second Ethernet port so a PC can share the same network connection. It sits in our IP desk phones range.

What you will need

You will need a SIP account or phone system to register the phone with, and a network connection. The phone can be powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af) from a suitable switch or injector; the datasheet lists the external power adapter as optional, so check the product page or call us if you need to confirm what is supplied. The class 1 PoE rating applies to phones with a V2 logo or later on the label, according to Yealink. For compatibility with a particular phone system or headset, check the product page or call us.

Does the SIP-T31P support Power over Ethernet?

Yes. Yealink lists built-in PoE (IEEE 802.3af, class 1 on phones with a V2 logo or later on the label). An external power adapter is listed as optional.

How many lines and accounts does it support?

It supports up to 2 SIP accounts, with 2 line keys with LEDs, and local 5-way conferencing.

Can I use a headset with it?

There is an RJ9 (4P4C) headset port and Yealink lists EHS wireless headset support. For a specific headset, check the product page or call us.

How quickly can I get it?

Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter - call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
